FitSwim class
Our Fitness Swimming class is an adult group session 1 hour long, to improve your stroke, endurance and technique. Swimming is the best cardio workout so it will help you to improve your general fitness and health.
We are running classes at:
Mondays 6-7PM and 7-8PM
& Thursdays 6-7PM and 7-8PM
Mondays 6-7AM and 7-8AM
& Wednesdays 7-8PM and 8-9PM
